It is possible to coupon part time and save money on groceries. Couponing has become a large part of our culture. Learning to find the deals, searching for coupons, and taking the time to shop at different stores can become a full-time job. Many people do not have the time required to find the deals and stock up on sale items, but would like to reap the benefits of coupons and sales.

If you don’t have a lot of time, there are still several ways to tap into the coupon savings.
- Grocery store websites are a great place to start.
- Before you run to the grocery store to get a copy of the latest savings circulars, check the grocery store’s website for a copy of the weekly ads. For example, a store might offer buy one, get one free (BOGO) listings, non-food items, and extra savings coupons.
- Scroll through the savings and find the things that you would like to purchase before you leave the house. For example, the grocery chain, King Soopers, requires a zip code to show the weekly circulars. Once you’ve entered your zip code, you will be able to see all of the sales for the week.

- Next, locate the store’s digital coupons on their website. If you do not already have an account with the store, create one. Log in and check out the coupons.
- Digitally “clip” the coupons and save them in your account.
- Once you finish shopping, and are at the cash register checking out, enter your requested information, and the savings will automatically come off. For example, the grocery store might require you to enter your telephone number, associated with your account, and the “clipped” coupon savings will come off at the end of the transaction.
